These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of growthhq.io and any related services provided by Growth HQ. By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.

Use of Services

You must use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that when using the services, you will not:

2. Use any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers", "scrapers" etc., to access the services in a manner that sends more request messages to the services or copying information than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser. You agree that if we find that this has occurred, that we can block, prevent, or restrict access in any form to our website, and our products, services, and solutions aka offerings to you.
3. You agree not to copy or download our text, code, components, brands, logos, slogans, images or videos. These are considered Growth HQ's intellectual property. If we find that these content are used, modified or passed off as another's work, we reserve the right to enforce the taking down of this content you use, and to take legal actions such as to sue or to compel you to cease immediately.
4. You agree that we have the legal right to publicize your copying or modification or passing off of such works as damages or copying in public forums and communities. You hereby indemnify Growth HQ and its Directors and Partners for any resulting damages caused by such negative publicity, or if your customers and investors seeking damages or legal proceedings against you, your company or its Directors for misrepresentation. These rules will be governed by the laws of Singapore and any court matters will be pursued under Singapore law, and in Singapore-based courts where Growth HQ has incorporated at.
